We were pleased to once again see Vincent Pringault in the Bank as he started his new role in March as Director of the President's Office.
Formerly at the French Treasury, Vincent was in charge of France's bilateral economic, financial and trade relations with Türkiye, Ukraine, the Western Balkans, CIS and the Middle East.
Vincent knows the EBRD well, as he was the Alternate Director for France between 2020 and 2022.
